Register for the NYCI Creative Access Seminar
Join the National Youth Council of Ireland on Monday, 4 December to meet, connect, explore and be creative together as part of the Creative Access Seminar to support emerging artists and youth arts practitioners from minority and marginalised backgrounds. NYCI are committed to support emerging artists and youth arts practitioners from minority and marginalised backgrounds attending to take next steps in furthering their practice as youth arts practitioners and overall, work together towards a more culturally inclusive youth arts community.
Time: 11:00am – 4:00pm
The NYCI Youth Arts Programme, in partnership with Equality and Intercultural Programme, is providing this networking, information and practice exchange seminar as a capacity building opportunity that aims to foster a sense of community amongst participants. This event will be of interest to artists and youth arts practitioners who have experience of, or an interest in working in, youth arts.

Participation in the event is free and public travel costs to the event can be re-imbursed for participants.
Objectives:
- To establish relationships and foster a sense of community for youth arts practitioners coming from minority and marginalised backgrounds.
- To explore together and build a shared understanding of our youth arts practice in a youth work context.
- To exchange youth arts practices and experiences and identify any potential barriers to participation in youth arts projects.
- To explore solutions which could support your engagement as a youth arts practitioner.
- To consider how we can work towards a more culturally inclusive youth arts community.
