Professional Development Training for Musicians with Music Network

Music Network have announced three new online series of Taking Charge of Your Performance Career, the professional development training programme for professional musicians, focusing on making music with children, delving into the creative process and developing essential skills. Taking Charge of Your Performance Career 2022 is just one of the ways Music Network supports musicians throughout the year.

The first series, Making Music Accessible for Children with Special Educational Needs takes place on Saturday, 22nd and Saturday, 29th October 2022. Delivered by Dr. Denise White, a leading expert in music education and intellectual disability, this series of four Zoom workshops will provide professional musicians with the tools to inspire children through music, exploring new, creative and fully inclusive approaches.

She is known for her innovative and creative teaching methods and is the founder of the scientifically proven music invention “Conductology” – a universal gesture system for real-time music-making.
