Keeping Orchestras Engaged Peer-Sharing Session | Thursday, 4 February
Following on from our presentations last year, we are holding a peer-sharing session on keeping orchestras engaged on Thursday, 4 February from 10am until midday. Sorry to say that it will be on Zoom, of course, and you’ll have to bring your own coffee or tea.
To start, we’ll be hearing from Paula Klein of Ulster Youth Orchestra, Joanna Crooks from St Agnes’ Community Centre for Music and the Arts in Dublin, Sinéad Hayes from Athenry Music School Sinfonietta and Sophie Butler from ConCorda Chamber Music Course for Strings – all of whom have had very successful online engagement this year. We’re also inviting informal contributions from a number of other members and will have an open discussion and sharing session after which we will collate and circulate the ideas shared and generated.
This event has now passed – registration is closed. We will be releasing a video and podcast of the session shortly.
