ITM Ireland Alexander Technique Summer Workshop
2025 will see the ninth annual Interactive Teaching Method (ITM) Ireland Alexander Technique Summer Workshop take place in University College Cork from Friday, 20 June to Tuesday, 24 June 2025.
During the summer workshop, the sessions alternate between learning in a large group and in smaller, more personal groups, where students can have individual experience with several teachers over the course of the workshop. Whether you are completely new to the work, or a returning student who is keen to learn more, this workshop can provide a rich, supportive, learning experience for all.

During the workshop, over twenty-five hours of classes will be offered consisting of large groups with ITM trainers, alternated with smaller groups with trainers and teachers. Whether you are new to the work, keen to learn more, or an Alexander Technique teacher or trainee interested in learning more about the ITM point of view, you are welcome.
