Exchange Partners Wanted for 2012

Perth’s Churchlands Senior High School boasts one of Western Australia’s foremost public music programs. Touring ensembles will include a wind orchestra, a symphony orchestra, a jazz band and several choirs.

Some 150 musicians aged 14 – 16 years from the school will tour for approximately 3 weeks in April 2012 to locations including Ireland, France, Belgium and Denmark.

They are looking for partners to develop opportunities

• for student interaction including joint rehearsals and or performances with students from comparable specialist music schools.
• to see professional musical groups rehearse and perform.
• for educational tourism and traditional / historical cultural interaction.
• for recreation, fun, tourism etc.
• for professional master classes and workshops.
