Safe to Create Active Bystander Training

Due to demand, Safe to Create are holding in-person active bystander training sessions in locations around the country in February, March and April.

Led by Dr Louise Crowley (Professor of Law, UCC) and Olwen Dawe (leading policy analyst and consultant), this free half-day course equips arts/creative workers with the knowledge, tools and motivation to intervene safely and stop inappropriate behaviour in the workplace before it rises to the level of unlawful harassment.

Free but booking essential.

  • 13 March, 2-5pm | Artists & Art Workers | venue TBC, Limerick
  • 20 March, 2.30-5.30pm | Tech & Stage | venue TBC, Dublin
  • 21 March, 10am-1pm | Leaders & Board Members| venue TBC, Dublin
  • 11 April, 2-5pm | Leaders & Board Members | venue TBC, Galway
  • 18 April, 11am-2pm | Artists & Art Workers | Kells Courthouse Tourism and Cultural Hub, Meath
