Join Youth Arts Speaks with the National Youth Council of Ireland
Are you aged 18 to 25 and passionate about youth arts and creativity? Join the National Youth Council of Ireland’s Youth Arts Speaks group and have your voice heard!
Youth Arts Speaks is a youth arts advocacy group that aims to have young people’s voices heard within national conversations about youth arts. Youth Arts Speaks are now looking for more young people aged 18 to 25 from all over Ireland to take part in the next exciting project! They would love to hear from young people from a wide range of backgrounds and diverse communities, those with experience of youth arts and those without who are just really interested in what youth arts could offer youth work organisations! Come and take part!
The Youth Arts Speaks group is kicking off an exciting new project called ‘The Ripple Effect’ with funding from the European Solidarity Corps. They want to use their arts experience and their voice to empower other young people to access youth arts. They’re going to build their skills, design workshops and hit the road to consult with other young people. They plan to create a resource and an event to share what they’ve learned about improving equality of access to youth arts with youth workers, artists, funders, and other organisations and hopefully inspire some new local youth arts advocates!
