Alexander Technique Workshop in Cork

The annual Alexander Technique November workshop will take place at MTU Cork School of Music, from 17-19 November 2023 led by Mary Shorten, Aingela De Búrca and Interactive Teaching Method (ITM) teachers.

The schedule is as follows:

• Friday, 17 November 18.30 – 10.00pm
• Saturday, 18 November 10.00 – 6.00pm
• Sunday, 19 November 10.00 – 6.00pm
