Job Opportunity: Development Manager with Music Network
Music Network is seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Development Manager who will play a significant role in realising and delivering Music Network’s Development Strategy. The successful candidate will deliver year-round development and fundraising initiatives. The key focus of this role is revenue generation through bespoke engagement initiatives (Friends and Corporate Membership Schemes) and excellent relationship management (Corporate Sponsorship and Partnerships).
The successful candidate will enjoy working to targets and will understand the importance of nurturing long-term relationships with people and organisations who share the values of Music Network.
This role is part funded by the Arts Council through the RAISE Programme, an initiative aimed to promote private investment and drive philanthropic activity for arts and cultural organisations in receipt of statutory funding from the Government. Find more information about the RAISE Programme here.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong track record (3 years) in fundraising/development or a similar skillset, preferably within an Arts context. You will be enthusiastic and resourceful in creating opportunities and building relationships.
If you have excellent interpersonal skills, strong networking and partnership building skills and have fundraising experience in artistic or educational projects this could be the role for you!
Salary: €30,000- €33,000 3 days per week (or equivalent hours) (FTE €50,000-€55,000) – Initial 2-year contract as part of the RAISE programme, supported by the Arts Council.
