Job Opportunity: Sing Ireland Administrator

Sing Ireland are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team. This role is vital to the smooth running of the organisation and involves providing administrative, communications, and social media support across Sing Ireland’s programmes.
Location: Remote and onsite at events. The role is primarily a remote position but may require attendance at events, projects, and meetings at a number of national locations. Equipment or other resources will be provided as required.
The successful candidate will need to be available to work during the residential courses overseen by Sing Ireland in the University of Limerick each summer.

Contract Type: Part-Time as a member of the Executive Team. The initial 12-month contract will be offered in the expectation that it will continue past this period.
Salary: €25,600 (€32,000 pro rata) per annum.
Schedule: 28 hours per week (some flexibility on the scheduling can be mutually agreed within reason).
The Role:
Shortlisted candidates will be called to interview the week of Monday, 10 March 2025. First round interviews will take place online on the Tuesday, 11 March and in person interviews will take place in Dublin on Friday, 14 March.
It is envisioned that the successful candidate will begin working in March/April 2025.
