Job Opportunity: Safe to Create Project Manager

Irish Theatre Institute (ITI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Safe to Create Project Manager (Maternity Cover) to join the Safe to Create team on a 34-week fixed-term contract. This key role will oversee ITI’s Safe to Create programme, a vital initiative supporting dignity at work in the creative sector.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the programme, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, training and development, stakeholder engagement, artist support, and compliance monitoring.

Contract: 34-week contract, full-time with potential extension of up to 16 weeks.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU and onsite in Dublin city.

Salary: €35,000 to €40,000 euros per annum (pro-rata).
