Job Opportunity: National Youth Arts Programme Officer with NYCI

The National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI) wishes to recruit a National Youth Arts Programme Officer to work as part of its Youth Arts team.

This full-time role will support the development of youth arts practice and provision in youth work settings, building the capacity of those working in the sector to engage in youth arts and advocating for (and through) youth arts practice with the Youth Arts SPEAKS group.

The role requires experience working as a youth worker with involvement in the delivery of youth arts programmes and experience delivering training. It also requires an interest in youth arts in youth work settings.

Office base will be at 3, Montague Street, Dublin 2 with travel for work required. NYCI is currently piloting a hybrid model of working.

Hours: 35 hours per week (some flexibility will be required, such as evening/weekend work).
