The role involves implementing the Arts Council’s policy and plan for children and young people’s arts, managing funding schemes, and contributing to team management.

Reporting to the Arts Director, the successful candidate will collaborate with the support manager, oversee team responsibilities, and engage in cross-organisational projects aligned with the ten-year Making Great Art Work strategy.

Salary:

The salary scale for Higher Executive Officer, including the required pension contribution, is set out below:

Point 1: €57,122; Point 2: €58,791; Point 3: €60,459; Point 4: €62,124; Point 5: €63,796
Point 6: €65,460; Point 7: €67,129.

Candidates should note that entry will be at Point 1 of the scale and the rate of remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy.
