European Orchestra Federation | Online General Assembly
The European Orchestra Federation (EOFed) General Assembly on the period 2021-2024 will take place online on Sunday, 28 April at 9 am to 11 am (Irish time).
Please register before Friday, 1 March by sending an e-mail to eofed.president@gmail.com with eofed.vicepresident@gmail.com CC-ed. Please inform EOFed who will be an official representative of your orchestra/federation/association at the General Assembly.
You can view the agenda here in PDF format.
EOFed would appreciate a short activities report from all members about what you have done during the last three years (since the last General Assembly in spring 2021). One A4 page would suffice. The report does not need to be complete but we like to know what your organisation/orchestra have achieved. Here is a Word template report.
The agenda of the General Assembly also includes election of the board and therefore, all individual and corporate members (based on statutes, not associate members) are kindly invited to nominate candidates for the election to the EOFed board, the candidates who are willing to contribute to the EOFed on the board for next term. There are usually 1 physical and 4-5 online meetings in a year. Please see here for a template nomination, a maximum of one A4 page or 1000 words is adequate.
