Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra 2025
The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra Performance Course will take place from Monday, 28 July to Saturday, 2 August 2025 in Dublin.
The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra is aimed at advanced instrumental students between the ages of 18 and 24 with an interest in historically informed performance. Players outside of this age range are welcome to apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Application deadline is Friday, 28 March 2025. The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra is a partnership between the Irish Baroque Orchestra and the Irish Association of Youth Orchestras.

ConCorda Chamber Music Course for Strings
ConCorda is an exciting international chamber music course for young string musicians supported by the Irish Association of Youth Orchestras, the Irish Chamber Orchestra and The Arts Council. Applications are currently open until Friday, 9th May 2025.

Dublin Youth Orchestras Chamber Music Courses
The DYO Chamber Music Summer Courses are designed for young musicians (from age 9 to 18) with some experience in orchestra and chamber music and also for those who are completely new to ensemble playing.

Galway Music Residency’s Ensemble Skills
Aimed at young string players (aged 10-18 years) this weekend music course will help enhance ensemble skills. Participants will have the opportunity to learn with the members of ConTempo String Quartet as well as conductor and musician Sinead Hayes.
