Funding: Arts Council Agility Award

Applications are open for the Arts Council’s Agility Award.

This award aims to support individual professional freelance artists and arts workers at any stage in their careers to do one or more of the following:

  • Develop their practice;
  • Develop their work;
  • Develop their skills;
  • Create new work;
  • Present new works.

This award was developed to support people following the COVID-19 crisis and is open to all.

The Arts Council particularly welcome new applicants and encourage applications from all areas of the community regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, civil or family status, religion, age, disability, race or membership of the Traveller Community, or socio-economic background.

The Arts Council hosted an online information session for potential applicants to the Agility Award earlier in the year. This can be viewed here.

Closing date for applications is 5.30pm, Thursday, 9 September 2021.

Please note: You must be registered with the online services website to make an application for any Arts Council funding. If you are not already registered, we recommend you register for online services as far in advance of the deadline as possible, as it may take five days for your online services registration to be processed.
