The Esker Festival Orchestra brings together the best emerging professional musicians from Ireland and abroad and is this year conducted by young Mexican conductor Rodrigo Sámano.

Their 2022 programme is possibly their most ambitious programme to date and will include Gustav Mahler’s titanic Symphony No. 1, Ernest Chausson’s Poème for Violin and Orchestra featuring the incredible Irish violinist Phoebe White and ‘MACHA’ Tone Poem for Orchestra by young Irish composer, Kellie O’Neill.
