ConCorda Chamber Music Course for Strings 2025

ConCorda Chamber Music Course for Strings 2025 is now open for applications.

ConCorda is an exciting international chamber music course for young string musicians supported by the Irish Association of Youth Orchestras, the Irish Chamber Orchestra, the National String Quartet Foundation and The Arts Council.

ConCorda will take place from 2nd-9th August 2025, Newtown School, Waterford.

The application deadline is Friday, 23 May.

ConCorda is open to string players aged 14 – 24 of grade 5 or equivalent playing standard and above.

The participation fee is €600 and will include full board, accommodation and tuition fees.

Please note: a 3-minute video submission, of a single piece of music, is required as part of your application.

NB: Applications without a video link will not be considered.
