IAYO engages in training of conductors, organisers and young players through workshops, seminars and courses. We also link members to training by other organisations such as The Wheel, Business to Arts, Barnardos, the National Youth Council of Ireland, Carmicheal House and Education and Training Boards (ETBs). Courses and training include IT, fundraising and sponsorship, youth work practice, volunteer management, employment law, planning and strategy, project management and much more. IAYO Orchestral Conducting Workshops 2022
