ESTA Ireland “Where / how to begin?” Workshop

ESTA Ireland, European String Teachers’ Association Irish Branch, will hold an interactive sharing workshop entitled Where / how to begin? on Sunday, 6 October from 10.30am – 4pm in the Irish Chamber Orchestra Studio, University of Limerick.

The workshop will focus on the beginner stages of string teaching and will be hosted by Sing Out With Strings teachers Kathrine Barnecutt and Yuki Nishioka.

In the application form, you can list what aspects of beginner string teaching you would like to cover in the workshop. ESTA Ireland has a pool of experienced string teachers from different backgrounds actively working with beginner teaching in different settings (with Sing Out With Strings, Colourstrings, Suzuki, Violin Explorer, etc.), so this workshop will make for a really interesting sharing session!

The workshop is free for ESTA Ireland members and is €20 for non-members.

Apply here to take part in the workshop.

ESTA Ireland serves as a network and platform for string teachers in Ireland, sharing ideas and methodologies through workshops and resources.
