€5,000 Schools Classical Music Competition Now Open For 2017 Entries

The Frank Maher Classical Music Awards were established in 2001 by Top Security to showcase outstanding young musical talent in Ireland and are open to sixth year post-primary students playing strings, woodwind, brass or piano. The €5,000 top prize must be used by the winner to attend a recognised place of tuition, a course of study in Ireland or abroad or on a purchase necessary for the development of their talent. Finalists will each receive €250.00.

Closing date for entries: Thursday 12th October 2017

Competition night: Friday 10th November 2017
